The human body should drink at least 2 liters of water a day. When there is not enough water, you will get a headache. You will become weak. The lips become dry and the head does not last long. You also need to get at least seven hours of sleep a night. Less than seven hours of sleep can disrupt your metabolism, which can lead to a weakened immune system and other diseases. To keep your body active, you need to eat at least 50 grams of protein a day.
A person should work a maximum of eight hours a day. Working too long can diminish a person’s creativity and affect their mental health. You also need to exercise for 30 minutes a day. Doing so can lead to nausea and obesity.
A person also needs to get a full 11 hours of rest outside of bedtime. And don’t forget to spend an hour a day with your loved ones without interruption. This will increase the bond between you and them and create happiness.
